A, ps plastic properties

1, mechanical properties: high strength, fatigue resistance, dimensional stability, creep is also small (high temperature conditions are also very little change);

2, heat aging resistance: enhanced UL temperature index of 120 ~ 140 ℃ (outdoor long-term aging is also very good);

3, solvent resistance: no stress cracking;

4, stability to water: easy to decompose when exposed to water (caution is required when used in high temperature and high humidity environments)

5, insulation performance: moisture, high temperature can also maintain the electrical properties of stable, is the ideal material for the manufacture of electronic and electrical parts

6, molding processability: due to the fast crystallization speed, good fluidity, mold temperature is also lower than other engineering plastics requirements. In the processing of thin-walled parts, only a few seconds, as long as 40-60s for large parts can be.

Second, how to compare ps plastic and pp

1, PS material is relatively hard, so the sound of knocking sounds more crisp. PS can be very transparent, PP up to high permeability, but still looks like paste, like the feeling of grinding hair glass.

2, pp toughness is good, and ps more rigid, feel is pp compared to ps to soft.
